How is the warranty and returns?

30-day return guarantee. Without justification, we will refund your money. In case of international shipping, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
After these 30 days, by law, we are obliged to offer only 2 years, but since we fully trust our products, we give you the option of extending it to 5 years.

This extended warranty does not cover natural wear and tear due to the use of the covers, it only covers tears in the fabric or in the zippers.

How do I pay for my purchase?

We currently accept payments with any Visa, Mastercard and American express card through the Stripe payment gateway.

When will my order be shipped?

In-stock items are typically shipped within 1-5 business days from the time an order is processed, via UPS, DPD, or DHL. (Please note that shipping dates for all orders are estimates, not guaranteed).
